Maybe you didn't notice, but real estate agents in Florida outnumber orthopedic surgeons and personal injury attorneys but not by much, so making a good choice might equal the luck of someone drawing to a inside straight. Good Luck! I mean it! I spent some of my free time checking out agents - We didn't want to sell, we didn't want to leave, but welfare considerations argued that we should move nearer family members. So, here we are - just hours from the pack and ship people. Who did I select from the minions, Susan Summers, of Century 21/Sundance Realty. I reviewed the records of a hundred (well, maybe a couple dozen) agents and settled on Susan. Wisest decision I made. I explained our situation to her - the need to upgrade our landscaping and needing her input before going into contract. She was right there with recommendations. Most agents want you under contract to get that listing. She checked with me periodically and when I called, she came. Her record and our results says it all. She was with us from day one and even now after our closing session, she is still with us and working for us. She isn't a weekender. If you choose wisely, you will choose Susan. Choose someone else? - Well, don't say I didn't tell you.

Purely professional, yet most personable, from start to finish. We listed our condo with Susan and was under contract within the first week it was on the market. She was wonderful to work with. When I initially spoke to Susan Summers, I explained my situation; I'm selling my Mother's house, I live out of state and I need a VERY hands on agent who can take care of MANY needs to prepare the house for sale, get it sold and clean it out (repairs, estate sale, etc.). She responded very positively to that need and so I chose her.
She was required to go above and beyond the typical duties of an agent and consistently exceeded my expectations with her responsiveness and professionalism. We were referred to Susan Summers by someone whose opinion we value and trust. Susan lived up to her reputation and exceeded our standards. She was available when we needed her to be, answered our questions in a timely manner, and knew who to point us to for any questions or issues that she could not personally address. We felt that Susan really understood the importance of this transaction for our family, and made us feel like our business was important to her. From the moment I contacted Susan Summers I have been impressed with her professionalism. Susan kept us updated all through the process. We called Susan to tell her what type of property we were looking for. She interviewed us on specifics and then started sending us listings that were within our preferences. One day she called to let us know that she had found a property she thought we would be interested in. My husband drove up to Daytona that day and it was perfect. We placed an offer and initially we didn't get it. Susan kept in touch with the other seller's realtor and the prior sale did not go through. She called us and told us if we wanted it, it was ours.

It didn't stop there now that Susan had made the sale. She guided us through the inspections we would need. When deficiencies were noted she contacted the seller and the HOA for their responsibilities. She provided us with all the homeowner's documents and kept in touch with the title company making sure that things were in motion as they should be and timely. She NEVER left us through the whole process.
