Susan is professional while being personable. I feel like we made a friend. It’s an honor to say we know her.

Susan Summers is an asset to Century 21 Sundance Realty. We started this process long distance, her doing numerous FaceTime walk through properties to save me having to make unnecessary trips . There was nothing I needed that she couldn't provide, totally organized and happy to help in any way.
By the time we met she felt like a friend.

This was our first time buying a foreclosure . Susan made the process a breeze.

Susan Summers made my purchasing process a breeze! She always answered the phone or returned any missed calls within an hour if she was busy. She explained and answered any questions I had thoroughly. Typically sales agents, such as realtors, are looking out for their best interest, in this case Susan genuinely cared about me and my family. She was never selfish, never made me feel like I was bothering her with the millions of questions I had, and always made time for meetings or viewings! She stayed with me every step of the way and I will never go to another agent again!

It was easy for us to ask her to assist us with our recent purchase. There were many glitches along the way (out of our hands and beyond our control) but Susan kept on top of all issues and correspondence in a very timely and professional manner.

I cannot say enough about Susan; an enthusiastic, go-getter. I am completely satisfied with every aspect of the job she did for us, going above and beyond the average real estate agent. A consummate, attentive and responsive professional.

She is way above average on EVERYTHING, from understanding what we wanted, scheduling appointments, being reachable always; start to finish!

Although we had 3 top agents contact us, Susan contacted us immediately, set up an appointment within hours of the call, and demonstrated to us that she was knowledgeable about the area and the market in the area. Susan was on the same page, as anxious to sell our property as we were and totally understood our position. She knew we wanted the property to go on the market priced right and the ease of the sale demonstrated that she knew what she was doing.

Even though we had a signed contract within 2 days of putting the house on the market, Susan still went ahead with the open house just in case something went wrong. She went above and beyond throughout our dealings with her. Susan went to bat for us with the inspector, found us a reliable and reasonable roofer and handyman and oversaw the work and the payment while we were out of town. She stayed on top of everything making the closing quick and painless. We could not have asked for or received better service.

Susan is an excellent 'face' of Century 21 and represents the industry well. I would recommend her to anyone, any time, all day long.

We truly feel Susan had our best interests at heart all along the way. After years of not being very pleased when buying and selling property, Susan made this house selling experience easy and pleasant.

We had previously worked with Susan. Because of her vast knowledge and impeccable work ethic, we opted to hire her again. Susan is hands down the best realtor. Susan is amazing. She has helped us find our beautiful home. She is prompt, friendly, trustworthy, and happy. She was always there to put our wants and needs first. Susan was AMAZING to say the least! I was a first time home buyer and had no idea what all I would need to look at in a potential home and Susan walked me through it and paid very close attention to detail and made sure I got a home free of expensive/critical flaws that I never even thought to look for. She is patient, she is kind, and she is funny. She was very easy to get in touch with and answered all of my questions thoroughly and without judgement. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the area and very quickly adapted to what I was looking for in a neighborhood and area. Honestly I would refer anyone and everyone to Susan!

Susan responded even if she was out of town or late at night. She realized our family circumstance and was extremely "there for us."

Even when Susan is busy she always makes time to promptly arrange to show us properties and follows-up exactly as she says she will. We have bought and sold numerous properties with Susan and the experience is consistently smooth and worry-free thanks to her hard work and professionalism.
