From the moment I contacted Susan Summers I have been impressed with her professionalism. Susan kept us updated all through the process. We called Susan to tell her what type of property we were looking for. She interviewed us on specifics and then started sending us listings that were within our preferences. One day she called to let us know that she had found a property she thought we would be interested in. My husband drove up to Daytona that day and it was perfect. We placed an offer and initially we didn't get it. Susan kept in touch with the other seller's realtor and the prior sale did not go through. She called us and told us if we wanted it, it was ours.

It didn't stop there now that Susan had made the sale. She guided us through the inspections we would need. When deficiencies were noted she contacted the seller and the HOA for their responsibilities. She provided us with all the homeowner's documents and kept in touch with the title company making sure that things were in motion as they should be and timely. She NEVER left us through the whole process.

Susan Summers made the task of finding a home in this crazy market bearable for us. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Susan paid close attention to what we wanted and never wasted our time she knew exactly what we wanted, her goal was to make us happy. I would use her again and again and highly recommend her.

We used a company to find a realtor and Susan Summers called us within 5 min. She actually listened to what we wanted, stayed within our budget and even paid attention to what we said we liked/disliked about a property, so she could show us ones we would be interested in. She always made time to be available to us for any questions or properties we were interested in, even on evenings and weekends. We were out of state buyers and she was willing to do FaceTime video walk throughs of any house we wanted to see. She was honest with her opinions of the condition of the houses and pointed things out that we would need to see to make an informed decision.
