Working with Susan was such a pleasure. She was so knowledgeable, friendly and so easy to work with. Right after I signed the contract she had an open house planned for the following weekend . My house was sold within twelve days, which I was not expecting, but was very happy with to say the least! She gave me recommendations for an estate liquidator, an electrician, and someone to clean the house at the end and everyone she recommended was great. The whole transition from beginning to end was flawless. Susan with call you with every update along the way, you are never in the dark. I you want a good realtor that really works hard for you, she is the one.

I am a first time condo buyer - my husband has bought in the past - so it was a little overwhelming to me - Susan navigated so many aspects of the process. We were able to close early due to her diligence. I am a licensed insurance agent and deal with the public all of the time and know when someone goes above and beyond without any issues at all.
