Susan was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Our sale had several complicated factors, but Susan anticipated any issues we may have faced and helped worked through things with relatively few problems. She went above and beyond expectations in many areas. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the Daytona area.

Susan was most helpful. We came back to Daytona from NC for the closing and needed to pay the roofer and get some papers singed. We also had a medical appointment so Susan volunteered to deliver the check to the roof and get the papers signed. She is an honest person who eally enjoys helping her clients!

We were long distance sellers. Susan and team helped us find painters, handyman, etc. They did constant drive by to give us updates on the condition of the property. We had an issue with the tenant and they were very helpful in communication and recommendations. Susan made us feel like this was the only property she was interested and managing. I am truly appreciative of the assistance and sale. While I doubt I will buy or sell again i the area, I would certainly love to say hello to both Susan and Laura and consider them friends.

No need to shop for a realtor, Susan Summers is the best! Sold our property due to death of my mother. Exactly 45 days after her death the home was closed.
