Susan Summers made my purchasing process a breeze! She always answered the phone or returned any missed calls within an hour if she was busy. Even though we had a signed contract within 2 days of putting the house on the market, Susan still went ahead with the open house just in case something went wrong. Susan was AMAZING to say the least! I was a first time home buyer and had no idea what all I would need to look at in a potential home and Susan walked me through it and paid very close attention to detail and made sure I got a home free of expensive/critical flaws that I never even thought to look for. She is patient, she is kind, and she is funny. She was very easy to get in touch with and answered all of my questions thoroughly and without judgement. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the area and very quickly adapted to what I was looking for in a neighborhood and area. Honestly I would refer anyone and everyone to Susan!

My wife and I purchased a Pelican Bay, Daytona Beach property in 2014 -- through Century 21 Sundance Realty -- on the recommendation of your outstanding referral agent, Joan Wickham, a long-standing and trusted friend of my wife's family. Joan introduced us to her fellow professional and colleague, Susan Summers (then Susan Southerland), who did an outstanding job of completing the purchase for us long distance. We were then living in New England and at the time did not yet have a home computer. Susan, however, easily adjusted and overcame these obstacles. She negotiated in good faith and facilitated the buying process, enabling us to make the move South prior to Christmas. Joan ably helped to coordinate various upgrades to our Pelican Bay home prior to our arrival.
