Susan Southerland is the best. She has helped me purchase two homes in Daytona Beach now, and both experiences were excellent. We had a very unusual experience when she was my agent for the sale of the first home - the buyer died two weeks before closing. She put it back on the market, and had it sold in a couple of weeks. I don't think you will find a better agent than Susan Southerland.

Susan couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating to me. Also, considering that so much of our communication was long distance, Susan went out of her way to help in any way she could to facilitate this house sale. Susan Southerland was patient with my desire to view the property a few times, she was able to answer all my questions; she provided information I would need following the purchase, and was always readily available by phone. She provided me with all the paperwork I needed, and explained everything clearly. This is the second home I have purchased through her. I would certainly recommend Susan Southerland to someone either buying or selling a home.

Susan Southerland was there when we needed her to be, and helped with a three way closing across the US.

We went to 3 other brokers offices. But they were so rich, they didn't need to work the day after Christmas. So we proceded to Pelican Lake on
our own. We ask the guard about a Realty on property, and was directed to Century 21 Sundance. The receptionist said a couple of people were working that day, and she would go back and see who was available. She returned and said Susan would help us
shortly.
Since Santa brought Susan a lump of coal for Christmas. She came to work the day after. And we are happy that she did. Susan Southerland is a true professional.
