Susan helped me through every step of the purchase of my new home. She looked out for my best interest, she found exactly what I was looking for and for an outstanding price! She goes way above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and understand everything that is happening during the process. This is the 2nd time I have worked with her, she also helped my parents with their move from Colorado to Florida. I would recommend her to every one of my family and friends! Susan Southerland is the best. She has helped me purchase two homes in Daytona Beach now, and both experiences were excellent. We had a very unusual experience when she was my agent for the sale of the first home - the buyer died two weeks before closing. She put it back on the market, and had it sold in a couple of weeks.
