It's quite simple, when you make a huge move and transition such as I did from NY to FL, it's professionals and people like Susan Summers who make everything seamless and trouble free. I would have to say that by the luck of the draw almost everyone responsible for this move helped it go smoothly, but at the finish line here in Florida the Century 21 folks were the best at making it very comfortable to complete this life changing task. I highly recommend Susan and will certainly keep her in mind if ever someone else I know is interested in moving to the region she covers.

My wife and I purchased a Pelican Bay, Daytona Beach property in 2014 -- through Century 21 Sundance Realty -- on the recommendation of your outstanding referral agent, Joan Wickham, a long-standing and trusted friend of my wife's family. Joan introduced us to her fellow professional and colleague, Susan Summers (then Susan Southerland), who did an outstanding job of completing the purchase for us long distance. We were then living in New England and at the time did not yet have a home computer. Susan, however, easily adjusted and overcame these obstacles. She negotiated in good faith and facilitated the buying process, enabling us to make the move South prior to Christmas. Joan ably helped to coordinate various upgrades to our Pelican Bay home prior to our arrival.

When for personal reasons my wife and I opted recently to return to New England, we did not hesitate to engage Joan and Susan (now Susan Summers), once again, to jointly act on our behalf. We cannot say enough about these two remarkable women. They helped to make each stage of the selling process easily understandable and eased our minds with their encouragement and knowledgable recommendations and professionalism. We had the upmost confidence in their integrity and competence. They both adhere to the highest standards of the realtor's code of ethics -- not only with regard to confidentiality and keeping us, the clients, fully informed, but always by their seeking our input and respecting our decisions throughout the entire home-selling process.

Even in the midst of Hurricane Matthew, when my wife and I were already living up North and our Florida condo was vacant, both individuals managed to check on our property, to keep in contact with us, and to troubleshoot several issues on our behalf -- truly going to extraordinary lengths!

We were not present at the "Closing" on the property, as we had already moved back to New England. She and Susan Summers ensured that the long-distance/on-line transaction management process went smoothly.

Susan helped me through every step of the purchase of my new home. She looked out for my best interest, she found exactly what I was looking for and for an outstanding price! She goes way above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and understand everything that is happening during the process.
