We put our house on the market last fall with a different agent then took if off for a bit and decided to try again. After speaking with our prior agent, another company then Steve, we decided that Steve would provide the best services for our unique property. When he published the listing, I wanted to buy the house. First day the listing went live, several showings and one full price offer. We closed within a month with Steve keeping our interest in mind. I would use him again to either buy or sell.

totally refused without a counter. I had a budget that I couldn't go over & he never gave up
even when I had.
As an added bounus, he has the patience of a Saint. I had very specific needs & looked at many
properties over the months & he was always there for me & never gave up. I came from another
state & didn't know the area well that I was looking in. Steve spent a lot of time educating me about
the region I was looking to buy in. He really cares about his clients & their needs.
