He lived on Hilton Head Island, SC, and traveled throughout North America in his tennis industry work. While in Virginia, John directed clubs and facilities and owned a USTA Pro Women’s Tennis Tournament. He received the Lifetime Achievement Award of PTR International Master Tennis Professional (one of 56 in PTR’s membership of 16,500 coaches in 130 countries).
