I contacted Tanya a few years before my home was listed, at the recommendation of friends that Tanya sold a home for. During this time, I contacted Tanya frequently for advice and recommendations as I prepared my home to be listed for sale. Without fail, Tanya responded quickly and provided excellent advice. If there was a question she didn't know the answer to, she would get an answer in a timely manner. When the time came to list my home, Tanya again responded quickly, listened carefully to concerns, and was friendly, patient, and understanding when there were multiple delays on my end. She came prepared with paperwork highlighted and ready for me to sign. Within 5 days of listing, there were multiple offers. Throughout the inspection and up through closing, Tanya continued to provide excellent service with prompt replies to questions and prompt action when any issue arose. I am pleased to give Tanya nothing but the highest recommendation.

P.S. I also recommended Tanya to friends of mine - she sold their home and did an amazing job for them too!

Tanya Cunningham was excellent in helping us find our first home. She was patient with our process and provided us a variety of options in our initial search. From our first meeting to when she provided us with our first set of homes to review was literally a couple days. She was great about following up and working with our schedule. As we narrowed down options she provided great insight and used her knowledge and expertise to best address our needs to ensure we did not waste time with locations or options that would not work for us. When we finally found the home we ended up buying she was instrumental in the correspondence with the seller, the walk-throughs and inspections, and the closing paperwork. Throughout it all, she was incredibly courteous, approachable, and insightful. It was very reassuring to have her wealth of knowledge but also her honesty about what options made the most sense. We would absolutely recommend Tanya for those looking for a new home as she is excellent at what she does.

Tanya is a joy to work with. She goes over and above expectations. Throughout our work together, she demonstrated deep experience and knowledge of the real estate market and practices, open and clear communications, and a pattern of working hard to make everything come together. She is a people-lover who can calm folks down and bring problems to a speedy and reasonable conclusion. She understands that selling your home is an emotional event as well as a business transaction and could not have been more supportive and helpful. As an out of town seller, I benefitted from Tanya's exceptional courtesy to me and willingness to go above and beyond what I had any right to expect. A wonderful experience!

Tanya was easy to work with. She did her homework in figuring out the right listing price. She was responsive to both us and the prospective buyer’s agent. She was an advocate for us during negotiations. I would highly recommend her as a listing/buyers agent.
