When it comes to realtors Tanya Cunningham is at the top of the game! I have worked with previous realtors who's services do not compare to the services provided by Tanya. Tanya got to know my husband and I really well, to be able to ensure the houses she selected met or exceeded our expectations. This was critical in narrowing down the house search, as she could easily determine if a house we selected had characteristics that she knew we would have problems with, and let us know in advance so we could determine if it was worth viewing. Tanya, being a full time realtor, was able to go check out properties, take photos and videos to send to my husband and me while we were at work and couldn't make it on-site. During the house search, we decided to build and Tanya was with us every step of the way, at all the critical meetings throughout the build and always just a phone call/email away for questions. I highly recommend Ms. Tanya Cunningham, this process from build to purchase to settlement was very smooth and Tanya shared a great part in that experience.

It would be impossible for me to imagine how Tanya Cunningham could have been any more helpful, understanding or friendlier than she is! When we first contacted her, she responded immediately, and scheduled an appointment with us the following day. We weren't ready to sell at the time, so she left us with the Millenium 21 brochure, a list of a few items that we would need to take care of before listing and her contact information. She was very polite and helpful without being at all pushy. We next contacted her about 6 months later when we were ready to sell. Again, she responded immediately, and set up an open house for the following weekend. We received 3 offers right away, including one above the listed price. When an issue came up following the buyers' inspection she was able to find qualified workers to make the repairs at a good rate, and even helped us out with the payment for the work! This was the first time that we've sold a home, and she guided us through the entire process, answering questions as we had them, with incredible kindness. We were amazed at how smoothly, quickly and easily the entire process was with all of her help. We have already told our family about Tanya, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

Tanya is GREAT! We had an amazing experience with her. The best part is, she always responds in a timely manner--whether it's through a phone call, text message, or email. She was always there to answer our questions.
