Teresa McCormick and Stephen Mihas are a very good and professional team and work together splendidly.
Teresa had an exceptional taste of staging our house. She made the house looks very nice, attractive to the buyer. Each room had it own charming character, creating an atmosphere of relaxation, calm and a cozy feeling around the entire house.
We were so surprised that we got an offer just in the first 5 days right after she listed the house, and the escrow closed in less than a month.
Stephen Mihas was very knowledgeable about the policies and document requirements throughout the process. His own calm voice, firmly explaining each form that needed our review and signature, helped us understand why it was necessary, and how it fit into the whole matter of things to get our necessary paperwork done accurately and fast. He made us feel that we were in good and competent hands in getting our house sold.
We appreciate both of them very much, knowing that they worked really hard and were focused every day to get our house sold.

They are incredibly attentive, detailed and their communication is top tier. They are the definition of " go above and beyond" for their clients. Buying and Selling your home can be stressful and confusing ( especially if you've never done it before) However, Steve and Teresa made us feel confident and informed every step of the way. Teresa and her team, Claire and Steve were fantastic. The intimately know the Las Vegas area after more than 25 years of experience each. They listened closely to what I was looking for and found me the perfect house. Teresa walked me through the buying process in great detail. She was very easy to connect with and always available. I felt like I was her only client. After the home was purchased I needed to remodel it from top to bottom. She and her team had a list of very capable tradesmen who I hired to complete the work. They all performed above my expectations. I am so glad I relied on Teresa for these recommendations. I had no idea a real estate agent would do this. There are too many examples of her going above and beyond what I ever expected and agent to do. She treated me like family. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have every had and I'm 71 years old. What a gift she is. My hat is off to you with much appreciation.
