Its not very often you find an agent who really cares about making sure her clients have a stress free experience. We were totally impressed with Theresa in how she just stepped up to the plate to make sure we were happy. She has done more for us then any agent we know. Going beyond what you expect from an agent. Since we lived in NJ, all we had were pictures to go by. Theresa visited every home we were interested in and gave us her honest opinion and thoughts. Theresa went far above and beyond expectations to make sure our home was sold and closed. She listed it and had an acceptable offer within two days. She kept in touch with us nearly everyday through the process. We left for vacation out of the country before closing and had a POA for closing. She checked on the house everyday to be sure all was well. The pool had an issue that she discovered right away, we authorized a repair, and all was in good order. She even cleaned around the pool herself to make sure it was pristine for the day of closing. I am a retired broker myself after 42 years and I know how challenging the business can be. Theresa excels in every regard from constant communication, local expertise, knowledge of the business, and ability to make it all happen to completion. I will be referring all my friends to her!
