The Gordon Group is part of Century 21 serving the central Ohio area. While we assist everyone in buying and selling homes as retired and prior military veterans we specialize in assisting veterans and their families with a variety of programs targeted to save them money and ease the home buying process.

When assisting you to sell a home we provide pre-listing consultations, comprehensive market analysis of your homes value and expert staging advice. We want to prepare you and your home so you can obtain the best price. We'll help you during negotiations and handle the details to remove as much of the stress from the process as possible.

When homebuying, it is our goal to get you into as many of the homes you are interested in as possible. Exploring homes is a fun and educational process through which you really get to understand what you want in your new home. It may take a bit of time but we think it's worth the effort to make sure the home you buy is the one you'll be happy in for years to come. We can assist with lenders, home inspectors, contractors and other services both during and after the sale. Just like on the sale side, we want to remove as much of the stress from the 'process' of home buying as possible so you can get into your new home as quickly and easily as possible.
