Tori is our go-to real estate agent. She helped us sell our home and she assisted us with the purchase of our dream home. We wanted a new home and honestly already knew the community we liked before calling Tori. Although we knew the community we wanted, Tori helped us the rest of the way. My husband and the builder would get into spats over fixtures and finishes, and Tori always broke the "problems" down to manageable compromises. On paper, it looked like we were asking for thousands of dollars in upgrades, but Tori pointed out credits owed to us. She inserted logic where there was none. The icing on the cake was that at closing, Tori looked over our closing statement and found a $3000 error in our favor!
