Basically we only visited Vegas once during the entire closing process because he was making sure that everything was being done and that the house was going to be ready. On closing day he was there with his wonderful family ready to welcome us to Las Vegas. I do not live in Nevada so it was very overwhelming, but Truman made it amazingly easy! He went above and beyond in helping with repairs and getting records from the property manager. He knows the market inside and out and was a strong negotiator. I always trusted his advice on deal points. He dealt with some buyers who were getting complex financing and others who were just needy. He was always accessible and great at gently following up when I missed something.
