On a personal front, Vicki is great fun to be with. On a business front, Vicki is a no-nonsense, to-the-point and extremely helpful person. Best to have her on your team, as she will cut through the crap and get to the bottom line very quickly.

Vicki has a wealth of local knowledge which is so helpful to the buyer; she is happy to discuss 'your own web searches' and will accommodate additional area drive throughs in order to help the buyer understand 'areas'.

Vicki also has a useful list of contacts for pretty much anything, be that a need to buy an item or get a contractor in, including legal and accounting folk.

We have been impressed by her willingness to help, even if/when there is in fact no $value to her.
