Wayne was amazing from the very beginning. From the time we started looking to finally finding our home Wayne was there for us in every aspect. He truly cared about our needs and concerns through the whole process and was incredibly patient with us as we took a significant amount of time looking for our perfect home. He was always timely in returning our calls or emails and always answered all of our questions. If he doesn’t have the answer he goes above and beyond to help you find it! Wayne was instrumental in selling my property. He didn’t glamorize things and he was straight to the point and gave the hard truths that were needed in order to get the house on the market and sold. You have to have an open mind when discussing issues or problems with him because just like family he will tell you how it is but in a loving way.
