Will Tomb

After years working in real estate along the South Carolina coast, Will Tomb returned to East Tennessee — a place he knows well after spending more than two decades living in the Knoxville area.

Before becoming a full-time real estate agent, Will worked in property inspections and mortgage field services. That experience gave him a trained eye for how homes are built, how they age, and the kinds of things buyers and sellers should pay attention to before a deal ever reaches the closing table.

Today, Will works with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Knoxville and the surrounding communities. His approach is simple: honest advice, clear communication, and helping clients make smart decisions in a fast-moving market.

When he’s not helping clients, Will is usually exploring Knoxville’s trails, checking out local restaurants, or working on WanderKnox — a guide to the best places to eat, explore, and experience around the region.
