Bill helped us find a great new house in Little River. We’d been working with him for a while, when we were in town! He’s extremely easy to work with and very understanding! Once we found our house and put in our offer, which was accepted, he was instrumental in working with the sellers agent after we’d found some deficiencies to get them to agree to price concessions! Bill turned around and worked with us to sell our condo. He was very communicative and we were always updated on the showings and progress to get a deal done! We were extremely happy with Bill and his expertise in helping us both buy and sell!!
