I literally made a fb post asking for a realtor rec and got hundreds of realtors that reached out. Ian was the clear choice. If you are someone who shies away from an overly salesy approach & are looking for someone who has an extensive Knowledge and appreciation for older historic/ quirky homes , LOOK NO FURTHER. There is no question that he “gets” it!!!!!!!!!!! As someone who is absolutely in love with old stuff/ history/ etc, working with Ian on this home purchase was a first time home buyer’s dream.

His responsiveness was 15/10 and it’s a bonus if you’re more of a night owl because most of our communication was in the evening which worked well. However he is overall a really laid back guy that is happy to answer questions when he can, for me it was almost instantly that I got valuable responses back.

He immediately got listings set up & we were able to narrow down our search in a day.

Just closed on an absolutely pristine Victorian in starland area Savannah, could not be happier
