Billy made the process of buying a house super easy as I was a first time homebuyer. He always responded to questions I had quickly and in detail leaving me informed and realizing things I wouldn't have thought to ask. He is knowledgeable and I could tell he really loves what he does which is a big plus. He had no problem showing me as many houses as I wanted no matter the distance. He also knows fantastic lenders that will guarantee you close on your home or they will refund your earnest money as well as being able to close within 5 days if I wanted! Billy is a killer negotiator and got me right under 10k applied to my closing cost in a market that was really competitive. When I tell people about what the lenders and Billy were able to do for me they hardly believe it! Thanks for all the help!

Billy is someone I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a new home!
