I ve already worked with Will twice - buying and selling a property. And it had been the smoothest experience ever!
Personally for me, it is important that Will always has answers to my questions or he knows where to get them. He is very responsive, he answers texts/ emails within 1-2 hours and always-always shares any updates. While selling our property, the other agent (from the buyer) was very unprofessional, did everything last minute or even didn't do his job at all. So William didn't hesitate to jump into helping both side to stay on top of deadlines, necessary paperwork, coordination of inspections - you name it.
Another great quality that Will demonstrates is that he is always on your side. He is not just great at doing his job, he makes sure your needs/ preferences are heard and met.
