North Star currently leans toward sellers, with the market gauge signaling a seller’s market. Months of supply is very low at just 0.6, suggesting limited inventory relative to demand. At the same time, 16 active listings and 12 pending sales indicate buyers are still writing offers.
Looking at this rolling three-month view, prices have eased notably from a year ago even as activity has picked up.
