Homes in South Anchorage are moving at a moderate pace in this rolling three-month view, with a typical property spending about 14 days on the market, almost identical to a year ago. Even with this steady timeline, a larger share of homes is going under contract quickly, with about 58 percent going off the market within two weeks.
