January’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $665,000—up 2.47% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $722,500 in Fountain Hills for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $705,000 in February.
Downtown Fountain Hills had 8 new listings and 4 listings that went under contract in January, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 9—up 12.5% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in February.
