Raegen is a truly fabulous realtor. My wife and I recently closed on a new build home in Windgate Ranch, and we cannot rave enough about Raegen. Her responsiveness is amazing. She usually answered her phone, and, when she didn't, she called back within the hour. She knew the local market very well and responded quite well to our tastes and desires. There was not much negotiation as we had to sign the (awful) Toll Brothers new construction contract, but she made sure we knew what we were getting into and how one sided the contract was.
Perhaps the best quality about Raegen is how well connected she is to every layer of the home buying process. We obtained our financing, movers, handyman, and interior design through Raegen's contacts. We would have used her preferred Title company as well, but Toll had incentives to use theirs instead. All of her vendors, with the exception of financing, were astoundingly top rate. Her movers in particular impressed me, as good movers are often hard to find.
I cannot say enough good things. You will not be disappointed if you select her.
