“David impressed me from the very beginning. When he came to see our house we had it for sale by owner. He didn’t try to sell us on his skills as an agent or his agency. He also didn’t try to talk us out of selling it by owner. Instead he was very complimentary of our house and encouraged us not to lower the sales price.
