“What impressed me most about Michael happened after the sale had already closed. Several months after we moved in, we ran into an issue with our freezer and a home warranty claim. At that point, Michael had already been paid and had no obligation to help. Instead, he got involved, worked directly with the warranty company on our behalf, followed up, and helped push the issue toward resolution. That level of support after closing says a lot about his character. During the purchase process, Michael was equally committed to representing our interests. I tend to negotiate aggressively, and there were several times I wanted to push for terms that most agents would have advised against. Michael never dismissed our position simply because it made the deal harder. “David impressed me from the very beginning. When he came to see our house we had it for sale by owner. He didn’t try to sell us on his skills as an agent or his agency. He also didn’t try to talk us out of selling it by owner. Instead he was very complimentary of our house and encouraged us not to lower the sales price. It was all about our house and how good it looked. He gave us his card and said to call him if we weren’t able to sell it. He never called us or bugged us again.
