For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $1,095,000 in Los Angeles for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $1,112,500 in April.

Hyde Park had 73 new listings and 49 listings that went under contract in March, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 51—down 1.92% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in April.

The median listing price for homes in Hyde Park fell 10.52% from February to March, bringing the current median listing price to $850,000. Based on projected data for April, listing prices may continue to fall.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year. In March 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 74 days, compared to 84 days in March 2024.
