Year-over-year, Westchester’s rolling three-month numbers point to steady price growth and stronger activity than the broader Los Angeles market. The typical home value is up about 5% from a year ago, well above the essentially flat trend in Los Angeles, and homes sold have risen by nearly 18% over the same period.
