January’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $1,127,500—down 6.04% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $975,000 in Los Angeles for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $952,500 in February.
Woodland Hills had 176 new listings and 160 listings that went under contract in January, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 183—up 2.81% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in February.
The median listing price for homes in Woodland Hills grew 3.85% from December to January, bringing the current median listing price to $1,349,000. Based on projected data for February, listing prices may continue to grow.
