For sellers, I provide property-specific pricing guidance, preparation recommendations, professional marketing, offer evaluation, and negotiation. For buyers, I help identify properties that fit their goals, evaluate opportunities, prepare competitive offers, and coordinate the transaction through inspections and closing.
