For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $571,750 in Richmond for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $532,630 in May.
Hilltop District had 11 new listings and 11 listings that went under contract in April, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 12—up 9.09% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in May.
The median listing price for homes in Hilltop District fell 20.91% from March to April, bringing the current median listing price to $789,300. Based on projected data for May, listing prices may continue to fall.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose sharply year-over-year.
