Hello. Wanted to share my experience with Brandon Payton representing me as my Realtor for 2 of my properties. Buying and selling are 2 different experiences. With this said, Brandon made himself available by not just his time but resources as well. He was very patient but adamant about staying course. It was not an easy job. We experienced multiple roadblocks but he never lost focus. Nor did he allow me to fall into despair. He kept me encouraged by reminding me of the end goal. It was ultimately a successful outcome which I cannot express my gratitude to him and his team. Always professional and it was definitely a pleasure working with him. If Brandon is not contacted YOU are making a HUGE mistake in your home buying or selling experience. He is able to put you at comfort as he walks with you through the whole experience. He is a natural competitor as he competes to get you the best price. He not only becomes knowledgeable on the area you would like to relocate to, but on his clients as well. Asking you questions to know what exactly your looking for. An overall amazing experience.
