October’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $1,205,000—down 3.6% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $1,488,000 in San Francisco for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $1,532,000 in November.

Mission Dolores had 34 new listings and 30 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 16—down 11.11% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.

The median listing price for homes in Mission Dolores grew 8.82% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $1,295,000. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.
