Stanton had 7 new listings and 11 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 27—down 22.86% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
Of those 27 active listings, 33.33% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in Stanton fell 17.87% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $625,000. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to fall.
