“I first met Jessica in July 2024 at an open house she was hosting in Emerald Hills. We weren't really looking for anything in particular at the time and told Jessica as such. Still, she was still super welcoming and chatted with us to get a feel for what we were looking for. Couple of weeks later, she emailed me with a place she found that fit what we told her, so I was impressed that she took notes. We didn't have an agent at the time so we figured we'd work with her to give it a try. We started to seriously look for a new home at the beginning of 2025 and Jessica was always super responsive and honest with her assessment of the various places we found on Zillow.
