September’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $497,500—up 17.06% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $474,900 in Connerton for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $482,400 in October.
Wilderness Lake Preserve had 11 new listings and 12 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 13—down 13.33% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
The median listing price for homes in Wilderness Lake Preserve fell 3.89% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $494,990. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to fall.
