Lake Somerset’s rolling three-month snapshot shows a lean but active market. There were 17 active listings with 10 new listings added, while 11 homes sold and 9 went under contract. Months of supply sits at 2.6, well below Lakeland overall at 5 months, indicating tighter inventory locally.
Contract and closing activity have picked up compared with a year ago, with homes sold up more than 40 percent and new listings up nearly 46 percent year over year.
