Very knowledgeable about the whole process and understood my concerns, concerns and needs while finding me the perfect home for my family. Marlana originally helped us buy our first home in Lakeland a few years ago, she found the perfect home for us within a week and we made a competitive offer and moved into our dream home!
A year later we decided to move to be closer to our family and re-listed our house, then it sold 7 days later for an additional $50,000, we were shocked!
Then she helped us buy a home in Punta Gorda, it was a new build on a canal that she said would be a great investment, its a beautiful home and she said that area was really nice and we would have immediate equity.
Just a year later the house the house bought for $570,000 just appraised for $900,000 based on similar comps in the area.
