At the same time, homes are taking much longer to sell, with days on market up an estimated 1,720 percent, and both new listings and pending sales are down more than 40 percent from last year. With an average sale-to-list ratio near 0.90 and no recent sales closing above asking, this still registers as a seller’s market on the local gauge, though with nuanced dynamics.
