For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $306,750 in Pensacola for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $278,880 in October.
Downtown Pensacola had 25 new listings and 23 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 40—down 13.04% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
The median listing price for homes in Downtown Pensacola grew 4.01% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $675,000. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year.
