I started my career in Real Estate in 2004 as an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, and Realtor Trainer for a RE/MAX office in Pensacola, Florida. In 2014, I decided to obtain my license and start doing what I have trained so many to do, help families achieve the incredible pride of Home Ownership.

My husband is my partner and together, as Team McNeil, you get a powerhouse team that have our Military Residential Designation (MilRes), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), and At Home With Diversity Certification (AHWD). We specialize in helping buyers (first-time homebuyers, 2nd-home buyers) and sellers with relocation, divorce, and upgrades. We also offer a Worldwide referral database when you need to relocate to other areas, through our Global RE/MAX network.
