I met with 5 in total perspective agents for the sale of my property. I met with her first & Stephanie was selected for a laundry list of reasons. Punctual for appointments & communicative when differentiations arose. Accessable. Knowledgeable yet honest enough to stay I'm not totally sure so let me find out definitively, does that exactly & relays information. 3 agents put a low-ball anchor price on my property. I live out of state in SC the property would've sold that day for the price given & the price it sold for they'd actually had to do work. Stephanie chose the road paved with integrity & honesty & set a fair price (still sold in under a week). I heard vacuous bombastic bloviating from other agents not from Stephanie. Professional, realistic, normal, honest, real & deftly fastidious in her field. If I owned Casino Beach, I'd let her sale it a grain of sand at a time! I'm not family, never met her, nor did I know her prior she just deserves the verbal acknowledgement full stop.

We met Stephanie after calling about a house on a yard sign. We didn't get that particular house, but we immediately liked Stephanie and trusted her to have our best interests in mind. Once we met her, we knew she would be the one to find a house for us.

Stephanie was knowledgeable about what we should offer, and was quick to get our offer in. We were able to purchase the house at the price point where we wanted to be. She set up an inspection quickly and did a walk through for us prior to closing.

Stephanie went above and beyond to help us find the perfect house in our price range. She responded quickly when we had questions, and she set up showings for us quickly when we found houses that we wanted to look at. We never had to wait for an answer from her. She was always responsive.
