Lorie Phillips has worked patiently with me for two and a half years looking for my forever home. I told her that I was in no hurry, that I knew I was going to settle in the greater Pensacola area and I wanted a home that I will live in forever. I gave her the mission based on exactally what I wanted and she plugged the information into her magic system. She and I tweaked it as my desires changed as time went on. When I first moved to Florida three years ago, houses in my price range were few and far between. I saw one that I liked and contacted the realtor. I didn't care for the house when I saw it, but I was totally sold on Lorie! She glows with sweetness, caring, optimism and compassion, and is like an encyclopedia of all things real estate! Each time I found a house I wanted to see, she responded immediately, set up the visit, and provided valuable insight when there were red flags. It took me this long to find a what I was looking for in a home. My price range was low, but she treated me as though I was looking in the 25 million dollar range every single time. I can't give Lorie enough stars, because it would take the entire Milky Way to do it.
