Northeast Pensacola had 159 new listings and 161 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 191—down 5.91% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
The median listing price for homes in Northeast Pensacola grew 0.77% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $275,000. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.
