Home values in Indian Head-Leigh have climbed notably in the latest rolling three-month period ending May 2026, with the typical home value up nearly 14% year over year to about $299,000, outpacing the broader Tallahassee area. At the same time, the median list price is slightly lower than a year ago, suggesting sellers may be pricing more carefully even as values trend upward. Compared with the citywide median sale price, Indian Head-Leigh sits a bit higher, underscoring its relative strength within the Tallahassee market.
