Unfortunately we had an unpleasant experience with Allyson. We were new to the area and eventually found out that she didn’t have enough knowledge of the area to be guiding our sale. After catching her in multiple lies, we eventually broke the contract. While we were out of town, and WITHOUT ASKING she told us she took our keys and mailed them out. 6 months later, we still haven’t received any keys or found out what address she sent them to. Not to mention, she didn’t ask our permission to move the keys. We then had to have the whole house re-keyed. Overall, it was a nightmare of an experience and drew out the sale of our home costing us thousands. I would recommend everyone to learn from our mistake and do their own due diligence before hiring Allyson.
